Description of Assignment

Authorization setup in QlikSense:
The municipality wishes to improve and automate the authorization process in QlikSense (AD exists). Currently, they do not have a complete view of the authorization setup for a user in QlikSense. Users are set up in one or more streams. The municipality needs a simpler setup of authorizations for users. They want to have an overview of the authorizations a user has, without having to go into each stream setup to add or remove a user.

Improve information in an integration and generate information from payroll to QlikSense:
Currently, manual adjustments to the file are required after generating it with information. They want to simplify this process to minimize manual adjustments and ensure correct information is retrieved from the source.

Archiving of history in QlikSense:
This pertains to finances and accounts, as well as creating Apps. This involves our historical data from our old system Raindance: customer invoices should be generated in a template "alternative" a PDF that is archived, as well as creating an App to search for information regarding customer invoices. The information "invoice images" should also be generated and stored based on selected information regarding customer invoices. Storage of existing supplier invoices that are already in PDF format.

Authorization for old Apps:
the need to set up new authorizations for these. When introducing a new financial system, a new authorization setup needs to be done for authorizations to Apps in QlikSense with historical information.

Expected result:
•Improved and automated authorization process in QlikSense (AD exists) Comply with GDPR (automatically remove authorizations when someone leaves Värmdö Municipality).
•Created integration existing (one file) from payroll to QlikSense.
•Archiving of history in QlikSense, this concerns finances and accounts.
•Access to old Apps and old data.
