Role: 3 consultants (2 developers and 1 IT specialist).
Start date: 1st September 2024
End date: 31st August 2026
Option: 31st August 2027
Stationing location: The consultant must be able to participate at the agreed work location once a month throughout the entire contract period. Other working hours can be done remotely anywhere in Sweden. The work location can be Örnsköldsvik, Sollefteå, Härnösand, or Sundsvall. Travel may be required.
Scope: The agreed scope is either full-time or part-time depending on the buyer's needs. The estimated scope is 2.1 full-time consultants (210% in total). Distribution between each consultant will be agreed upon by both parties.

Extensive experience with system development in ASP and .NET
Extensive experience with analysis and design.
Extensive experience with implementation.
Extensive experience with public administration.
Extensive experience with developing integrations for distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently to ensure their own and the project's delivery.
Extensive experience with SQL databases.
Extensive experience with RVN's systems as described in the job description.
Experience with BI tools.
