IT-controller

We are seeking a level 5 IT controller support for our government client. The assignment is remote with a workload of 20%.

Level 5 is normally achieved after 10 years of experience.

This position primarily involves providing senior support to the department's controllers in producing reports and advanced extractions from our finance and monitoring systems. The monitoring is done from both a financial and IT operational perspective, and you will also be an important support in forecasting and budget work. The tasks vary throughout the month, ranging from interpreting invoices, explaining accounting rules, to compiling unit finances. The work may also include small investigations in finance to improve the IT department's financial work.
Frequent report building in Mercur BC8 is required.

Must-have requirements:
The consultant must have at least the following skills and/or experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in controller support within a large, complex state IT organization
• Advanced user in Excel
• Work experience with VBA programming
• Advanced administrator and report builder in Mercur BC8
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Unit4 Business
