At our organization, we have a strong drive to better the lives of patients worldwide through innovative digital solutions. One such solution is MAIA - the Medical AI & Analytics product - designed to assist data scientists in delivering highly efficient and credible advanced clinical data analytics.

✔As an Azure Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build, develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines (ELT/ETL) with a special focus on non-tabular data, such as images, documents, etc.
• Improve platform efficiency through continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with your agile team and other agile teams to support our Clinical Digitalization efforts.
• Contribute to our overall goal of enhancing the clinical experience for patients, doctors, and nurses around the world, using your technical expertise, insights, and curiosity.

✔What competencies are we looking for?
We are seeking candidates with a background in Computer Science or Software Development, along with experience in some of the following areas:

• Several years of experience working with Azure Cloud to build high-performance data pipelines.
• Azure Databricks
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, git)
• Familiarity with building Ingestion and Transformation (ETL/ELT) pipelines, especially for non-tabular (aka NoSQL) data, such as images, documents, and graph data.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical domain or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
