Business Intelligence Engineer

🔸 We are seeking an external and temporary Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our Analytics Team. 🔸

📝 Project Description:
The Business Intelligence Engineer collaborates with end users to develop reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision-making. Using warehouse data and other sources, the BI Engineer solves organizational problems through reports, analysis, and data visualization. This role also requires expertise in data design, access, usage, security, and data quality.

• Focus on back-end development
• Ingest, integrate, and analyze data
• Build data models
• Support front-end development
• Communicate with the business and gather requirements
• Develop and implement effective business analytics solutions to drive improved decision-making, efficiency, and performance

💻 Technical Skills:

• Documented Expert Level Data Modeling Skills
• Experience with 3rd normal form, Data Vault, and Dimensional modeling
• Understanding of building efficient models for Power BI
• Good knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
• Experience with Development in Distributed Version Control (GIT)
• Snowflake and DBT
• Azure Data Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Analytics Services
• Azure DevOps with GIT
• Microsoft BI-stack including Power-BI and Microsoft SQL
