Senior IT Analyst

We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst for our client.

An additional IT analyst is required to join the payments team within the Core Banking Program. The program's goal is to replace old local legacy systems with a single Nordic core banking program and construct a Common Booking Component. We need a Senior IT analyst to assist the team in building the Common Booking Component. The ideal candidate will gather requirements from business stakeholders and document them in features and/or user stories. They should have the ability to independently drive the requirements, from collection to handover to developers. The candidate must be able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. The candidate must also have a comprehensive understanding and documentation skills in payments and their processes.

Requirements:

• Professional knowledge of the payment industry.
• Previous experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
• Extensive experience as a senior Business analyst and/or senior IT analyst.
• Prior experience working in a large program with 300 or more employees.
• Bonus if the candidate has worked for a Nordic bank.
