ServiceNow Solution Architect - Telenor

At Telenor, we are looking for a Solution Architect with knowledge and experience in ServiceNow architecture.

Background / business context

As part of the Program Management Office for a large CAPEX program with 83 projects and approximately 10+ project managers, we will be building a project management platform to improve control and governance.

With ServiceNow SPM, we are in the process of building a portfolio, program, and project management platform for collaboration among a large number of internal and external stakeholders. The goal is for it to become a primary tool for managing project and program schedules, as well as cost control for project managers and cost controllers.

The program involves physical renovation of infrastructure at 83 telecom centers. The program is already underway, but with increasing activity over the next 2-3 years, we wish to improve control and management of the projects using the SPM platform.

Activities to be performed
- Work with a small and agile team to configure ServiceNow
- Create prototypes
- Potentially set up a new ServiceNow production and development instance, migrate from the current shared instance with its own TeamSpace
- Establish integration setup with various existing platforms (Oracle, Coupa), and some proprietary platforms
- Scripting in ServiceNow

Competence requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow resource with good experience to contribute to our ongoing agile project by setting up the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to manage a large CAPEX program.
