There is a current opening in the "Plan and Visualise" team for a software engineer. Our team works on creating 3D shopping experiences and integrating planning tools throughout the user journey. It is an exciting time to join the team and there are plenty of opportunities to enhance these experiences for our customers. To achieve this, we are looking to add another talented software engineer to our team.

The scope of this consultant's services is to support:

The engineer will be a part of a team responsible for maintaining and improving our 3D visualization tool, "Rotera", as well as integrating planners. We take full ownership of our product, from ideas and post-it notes all the way to its production. As an empowered product team, we have significant influence over its direction. Our team collaborates closely with coworkers from different disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Data/Analytics, to create an exceptional product that will delight and engage our users.

Requirements:

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills, etc:

- Software engineer with 7+ years of experience building consumer-facing products for a global audience

- Collaborative mindset

- Strong focus on execution and delivery

- Strong Javascript/Typescript skills

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, e.g. Terraform

- Experience running JS/TS-based applications at scale in the cloud

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience working closely with UX designers, data analysts, and other disciplines

- Familiarity with DevOps model of development and QA within a single product team
