Our client is seeking a skilled project manager for their upcoming venture.

Description / Requirements
- Mergers and Acquisitions project
- Carve-out process
- Managing various stakeholders
- Ensuring timely progress of project
- Candidate must have experience in IT Mergers and Acquisitions projects and carve-outs

The ideal candidate should be available to start at the beginning of July. This project will continue until the end of the year with a possibility of extension.
