IT Service Manager for Global Retail Giant

Our client is looking for an IT Service Manager. This role is responsible for managing IT services on cutting-edge cloud platforms and diverse compute environments such as Wintel, iSeries, and Linux. Additionally, this role will also oversee critical operations related to databases, storage, and backups.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud and Compute Management: This role will oversee IT services on various cloud platforms and compute environments.

Data Center Oversight: This role will be responsible for managing data center environments and hosting services.

Service Delivery Partnerships: This role will lead and manage offshore service delivery partnerships, ensuring top-tier service and performance.

Ideal Experience:

Proven track record in IT service management, with a strong background in managing data center and cloud services.

Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and database management. A basic understanding of IBM iSeries management is a plus.

Collaborative Skills: This role requires the ability to work seamlessly with offshore teams and manage service delivery partnerships.

What We Offer:

Full-Time Assignment: This role starts ASAP and extends for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension.
