Java-back developer with devops

Task Description

In this request, the agency is seeking one (1) Java backend developer with DevOps experience to join a development team.

The client provides authorization systems for services related to electronic identification and digital mail. The purpose is to provide all providers of publicly funded activities the opportunity to offer services using digital avenues on equal terms. It will then become mandatory for certain government agencies to connect to and use services within the authorization systems for electronic identification. This implementation of this mandate will provide a unified way for agencies to procure such services, leading to more efficient processes and practices within the public sector. As the providing agency, Digg approves and authorizes service providers for electronic identification and digital mail to sign agreements within the system and enter into contracts with respective service providers. Public actors can use these services in their activities if they have an agreement with the agency. Individuals, citizens, and businesses have the right to choose which provider will perform these services on their behalf.

The agency will charge fees to public actors using the services provided by the authorization systems. These fees will cover the client's expenses for providing the authorization systems, as well as compensate the service providers connected to the systems.

The client needs to develop solutions for calculating fees/payments and invoicing/payment processing. In this request, they are seeking consultant support in the form of a Java backend developer with DevOps experience. The assignment will be carried out in close dialogue with the client, UX designers, testers, and other developers designing and developing software.

The interviews for consultants are scheduled for Wednesday, June 26th.

Location: Sundsvall. The work can be done remotely, but the consultant must be present at Digg's office at least once a week or when required for business purposes. The frequency may vary depending on the task at hand.
