KNX expert on technical support

Our client, a company operating in the industrial sector, is currently looking for a KNX expert for technical support.

Job Description:
We are seeking a person with expertise and knowledge of KNX technology who is able to work in technical support. KNX is a standard for automation systems in smart buildings and homes, enabling compatibility and integration of devices from different manufacturers.

Requirements for the KNX expert in technical support:

• Familiarity with the KNX standard and ability to design, install, program and maintain KNX systems.
• Providing customer support and solving technical problems related to KNX devices and systems.
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting, device configuration, and system optimization.
• Offering training and advice to customers and other team members regarding KNX systems.

Desired qualifications include:

• Knowledge of KNX technology.
• Experience in technical support and/or customer service roles.
• Fluent in both Finnish and English.
• Fast learner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional skills that would be considered an advantage:

• Experience with ticketing systems (we use Salesforce Service Cloud, a ticketing system by Salesforce).
• Background in the industrial sector or call center environment.
• Experience with working under pressure and in a customer-facing role.
• Commitment to the job.
