Role: Requirements Analyst

Assignment duration: 2024-09-10 until 2025-09-09 (with possibility of extension until 2026-09-09)

Workload: 100%

Location: Mostly remote (Sundsvall 1 time per week or when required by the organization, for example during the first period of the assignment). (Possible physical meetings may require on-site presence at Digg's office in Sundsvall or Stockholm. Digg will cover any travel and/or hotel expenses to Stockholm when necessary).

Description: We are currently looking for a subcontractor who can take on the role as a Requirements Analyst.

Digg will provide authorization systems for services for electronic identification and digital mail. The purpose is to enable all providers of publicly funded activities to offer equal digital services.

It will become mandatory for certain government agencies to connect to and use services within the authorization systems. The implementation of the mandate means a common way for agencies to procure such services for electronic identification. This contributes to streamlining processes and work methods within the public sector.

Digg, as the providing authority, approves that providers of services for electronic identification and for digital mail can enter into agreements within the system and sign agreements with each service provider. Public actors can use the services in their operations if they have entered into an agreement with Digg. Individuals, citizens, and businesses have the right to choose which provider will perform the services on their behalf.

Digg will collect fees from the public actors using the services provided by the authorization systems. These fees will cover Digg's costs for providing the authorization systems and cover the compensation that Digg will pay to the providers connected to the authorization systems.

Digg needs to develop solutions for calculating fees/compensation and billing/payments. In this procurement, we are looking for consultancy support
