Job Description

In this request, the client is looking for one (1) consultant in the role of requirement gatherer for a development team.

The agency is responsible for providing authorization systems for services for electronic identification and digital mail. The purpose is to give all providers of publicly funded activities the opportunity to offer services through digital platforms on equal terms.

Certain state authorities will be required to connect to and use the services within the authorization system for electronic identification. The implementation of this requirement means a common way for authorities to procure such services for electronic identification. This contributes to streamlining processes and methods within the public sector.

The client, as the providing agency, approves that providers of services for electronic identification and for digital mail may enter into agreements within the system and enter into agreements with each service provider. Public actors can use the services in their activities if they have entered into an agreement with the agency. Individuals, citizens, and companies have the right to choose which provider will perform the services on their behalf.

The client will charge fees from public actors using the services provided within the authorization systems. These fees will cover the costs of providing the authorization systems and cover the compensation that the client must pay to the providers connected to the authorization systems.

The agency needs to develop solutions for calculating fees/compensations, as well as invoicing/paying out. In this request, they are looking for consultant support in the form of a requirement gatherer who will work in this area. The assignment will be carried out in close dialogue with other requirement gatherers, UX designers, testers, and developers who design and develop software.

Consultant interviews are scheduled for June 28th.
