Assignment Description
Our client is in need of a SAP Data Migration Lead. As a part of the transformation program, you will report to the Data Management Lead. This role requires working in a complex environment with 50+ ERPs on a global team.

Tasks:

Lead and oversee a team of Migration experts.
Plan and coordinate activities within the team and with local data superusers.
Ensure a seamless migration architecture between multiple source systems and SAP.
Collaborate with stakeholders, functional experts and leads to design an effective data migration plan.

Required skills:

Strong leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams.
Proven track record of successfully leading SAP migrations.
Ability to take full ownership of the migration process, including planning and reporting progress.
Structured approach to work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with SAP S/4 is required.
Knowledge of Syniti is a plus.
