Our client, a global manufacturing company specializing in gardening appliances, is currently seeking a Lead SAP Solution expert to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop a digital roadmap to streamline processes with business sites
Evaluate SAP solutions in collaboration with architects and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to SAP standards and provide expertise in design and PTP processes
Understand business requirements and propose solutions to optimize the IT landscape and generate value
Document and define business objectives for successful implementation
Manage stakeholders from both IT and non-IT departments
Proactively manage change to improve efficiency and satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Higher education degree or equivalent
Approximately 15 years of experience in SAP roles, with a focus on Procurement and IM/EWM
Hands-on experience with transformation projects, preferably with S/4 Hana
Expertise in SAP Procurement and Logistics, specifically IM, EWM, QM, and TM, in terms of design and configuration
Thorough understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP
Strong leadership skills to act as a role model for project teams
Experience with complex PTP (procure to pay) processes in a global environment
Knowledge of Supplier Master Data
Technical expertise in SAP Procurement, IM, EWM, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Analytics Integration, transportation management, and SAP S/4 Hana
Proficient in written and spoken English due to the strictly international/global environment
