Senior Scrum Master, 12 months in Lund hybrid

About the job

The primary responsibility of the Scrum Master is to assist self-organizing, self-managing teams in achieving their goals. The Scrum Master also works with the larger Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers, to enhance the effectiveness of SAFe across the teams. In this role, you will be working with 1-2 teams of 5-10 individuals each.

Together with the teams, the Scrum Master will develop and test processes, systems, functionality, and dataflows in the product value stream areas.

- Facilitates events
- Promotes SAFe quality practices
- Supports SAFe adoption
- Leads team efforts in continuous improvement
- Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
- Supports the Product Owner
- Facilitates the removal of impediments
- Coordinates with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
- Enables organizational effectiveness
- Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
- Hybrid: 3 days at the office

In order to succeed in this role, you should be structured and driven with the ability to see the bigger picture. You should also be collaborative and adaptable, with the capacity to interact with individuals from all backgrounds. It is also important to be comfortable not being the subject matter expert, and to instead focus on driving the process with a Lean-Agile mindset.

What You Know:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant academic background and prior experience in IT delivery or software development, and/or familiarity with agile methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Azure Devops is a plus.
