ServiceNow Solution Architect - Telenor

At Telenor, we are looking for a Solution Architect with knowledge and experience in ServiceNow architecture.

Background / business context

As part of the Program Management Office for a large CAPEX program with 83 projects and about 10+ project managers, we will be building a project management platform to improve control and management.

With ServiceNow SPM, we are in the process of building a portfolio, program, and project management platform for collaboration among a large number of internal and external stakeholders. The goal is for it to become a primary tool for managing schedules at the project and program levels, as well as cost control for project managers and cost controllers.

The program includes physically rebuilding infrastructure at 83 telecom centers. The program is already underway, but with increasing activity in the next 2-3 years, we want to improve control and management of projects with the SPM platform.

Activities to be performed
- Working with a small and agile team to configure ServiceNow
- Creating prototypes
- Potentially setting up a new ServiceNow production and development instance, migrating from the existing shared instance with its own TeamSpace
- Establishing integration setups with several existing platforms (Oracle, Coupa), and some proprietary platforms
- Scripting in ServiceNow

Competence requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow resource with extensive experience to contribute to our ongoing agile project in setting up the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module to manage a large CAPEX
