We are searching for a Sharepoint and MS 365 consultant to join the support team at Tetra Pak in Sweden.

Role and responsibilities:
  • Provide support for Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents related to End User Hardware, VDI & OSD task sequences
  • Actively participate in service improvement and problem management processes
  • Contribute to project implementation and design
  • Regularly coordinate with Service Managers

Technical Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficient in SharePoint on premise
  • Install and manage SharePoint on premise
  • Maintain and update SharePoint on premise
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues
  • Provide support and training to end-users for SharePoint
  • Backup and restore SharePoint
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and apps
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 admin centers including service health, policies, analytics, and audit log reports
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 retention, legal hold, and backup and recovery
  • Excellent understanding of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Familiar with Azure and Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Forms, and Viva
  • Provide support and training to end-users for Microsoft 365 products and services
  • Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365
  • Create new guidelines

Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
Requirements
On-site in United Arab Emirates
Have good communication skills and team working skill.
Know the principal of animation and you can create high quality prototypes.
