Description of the need:
To assist with the delivery of systems to the SkånEarchive e-archive during the specified period. The task includes ensuring accessibility, comprehensibility and integrity of the digital information even when it is no longer available through source systems. The client SkånEarchive uses R2B's software Marshal ETL/OAIS.

Task description: The work will be carried out by creating and executing a Marshal model to create data packages containing an xml file + any attachments (images, scanned documents, etc.). The data packages will be registered in the Marshal e-archive with the support of the SIP reception client. The information will be indexed in the e-archive's index database based on defined retrieval needs of the end user. The information will be made readable and accessible to the end user with the help of XSLT style sheet and JSON for publication on a web portal. Any disposal rules (settings in the Marshal inventory client) will be tested and documented for future disposal. Preservation will be done in formats approved by the National Archives.

Possibility for remote work?: The task can be carried out entirely remotely.
Scope: Approximately 10h/week, possibly more.


Must-have requirements: Experience with Marshal OAIS and Marshal ETL.
Should-have requirements: Experience with archiving PMO and/or Pro Capita.

Description of competency level: High knowledge within their field. Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant within the field. Can be a role model for other consultants at a lower level. Leadership: Can be responsible for a subarea, can lead a small group. Independence: Can work independently.
