UX Research Lead (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and actively participate in all phases of the UX research process, from defining research requirements based on project objectives to delivering valuable insights and actionable recommendations to improve UX.
2. Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new ones that meet customer needs effectively, leveraging your hands-on approach to research.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, providing fresh insights to optimize UX aspects of our products, and using your expertise to drive data-driven design decisions.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring research effectively informs design decisions and remains an integral part of the development process.
5. Advocate for the value of user-centred design in product development, using your hands-on approach to encourage stakeholders to prioritize research efforts.
6. Present research findings to teams and senior leadership, using compelling data-backed arguments and showcasing examples of impactful UX research work.
