Job description

The region is investing in a modern analytics platform and new working methods for analytics and data in order to achieve faster and better results. They need a visualization expert who is passionate about data (and Power BI) to join their team.

The consultant understands that the success of digital transformation relies on effective communication to identify needs and find solutions. They enjoy meeting new people and establishing collaborations to understand needs and propose solutions. The consultant has a talent for storytelling with data, visualizations, and a keen eye for color and design.

At the same time, the consultant is committed to delivering value for their clients and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to develop solutions based on needs and challenges. They have previous experience in healthcare and can easily adapt to new environments.

The role involves working on multiple projects and assignments within the region and in collaboration with other regions, with a high level of exposure to the client's operations.

Start-end + option : Immediate - 2025-04-30 + option: 6 months
Location : Umeå at NUS 1-2 times/month, 1-2 days/visit. Otherwise mainly remote work.
Workload : 100%

Required skills

-Experience level 2 (1-3 years).
-The offered consultant must have knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in capturing and describing needs in a business-close setting, as well as proposing suitable solutions.
-The offered consultant must have at least 2 years of experience in working in the healthcare sector and a good understanding of its operations and supporting processes.
